AMNH Expeditions' Family Programs are designed to engage, enrich, and
delight all generations. Traveling in the company of AMNH scientists
and guest lecturers—experts in archaeology, biology, geology, and
paleontology—participants of every age learn firsthand about the
natural history and cultures of the destinations we visit.
In addition to our AMNH Study Leader, expert local guides
join us to provide their own unique perspective and specially trained
youth coordinators lead a variety of age-appropriate activities and
excursions for our younger travelers while adults attend lectures,
tours, and special events. Every itinerary also includes many exciting
shared activities and site visits, so families can experience together
the excitement of discovery.
